By using chiitanusa.com (the "Site") or purchasing from the store at chiitanusa.com/store, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Intellectual Property
The Chiitan☆ character, name, logo, images, and all related works are the property of Kleeblatt inc. (©Chiitan☆) and are used by Chiitan USA LLC under exclusive license for the United States. All other Site content is the property of Chiitan USA LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.
Store, Orders, and Shipping
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Products are made to order and fulfilled by our printing partner; production typically takes 2-5 business days before shipping. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. We currently ship within the United States only.
Returns and Issues
Because items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or size choice. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact info@chiitanusa.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will replace it at no cost.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chiitan USA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
